With a recent merger, Best Buy wanted to be sure to maintain strong cornerstones
of corporate culture while also changing and adding new pieces.
Goal:
To define and maintain the cornerstones of a successful corporate culture
during organizational change.
Solution:
- Navigating the Best Buy Corporate Culture Training
- This training was designed to define the cornerstones of Best
Buy's corporate culture. The culture elements defined are incorporated
into a series of Drama Learning scenarios on video. The deliverables
included: Train-the-Trainer Guide, Facilitator Guide, Participant
Guide, PowerPoint Visuals/Overheads, and Custom Videotape Scenarios
to support training.
