To add critical retail content to an employee orientation process.

Solution:

  • Introduction to Best Buy: Retail 101 Training
    • The purpose of this training was to orient the employee base to retail practices and aspects of retail business which are unique to Best Buy. The deliverables included: Train-the-Trainer Guide, Facilitator Guide, Participant Guide, and PowerPoint Visuals/Overheads to support training.
