Challenge:

Identify and create successful service provider partnerships with a local consulting firm.

Goal:

To partner with credible service providers in an effort to provide customized training solutions to clients.

Solutions:

  • Designed and developed seven days of training for Firstar Banks to educate all newly hired tellers on Firstar systems, policies and procedures and customer service.
    • Deliverables included: Leader Guide for internal supervisor/HR staff Participant Guide Support visuals and activities.
  • Designed, developed, and provided consultation re: programming for Developing Effective Coaching Skills training to be developed via Lotus Learning Space via the Internet.
    • This two-module training series includes: Self-directed 90-minute session 60-minute instructor-led training (both synchronous and asynchronous).
