E-Collaboration Workshop Event
An Adventure in Corporate Education

With 200 leaders present, these leader/participants must work together in small groups to solve real-world workplace issues in the form of e-challenges.

Each team of 5 participants assign a keyboardist to enter choices, responses and strategies all of which are saved in a database for follow-up interventions.

Participants working together as a team to respond on-line to real-life work simulations.

Competition means teams must work effectively together and build their team in order to achieve success. Participants must quickly work together to make the best strategic decision and receive immediate feedback.

The teams' responses are gathered, woven together, and projected to the large group as new creative solutions to their workplace issues.
