The key is to capture how frequently you observe this person doing the workplace behaviors listed. Use your mouse to select one of five options based on how frequently he or she exhibits each behavior. In the event that you have never observed that behavior or it is impossible for you to respond to that item, you may select "Not Observed." Some items may seem to be similar, but don't let that worry you; all items are tied to research-based competencies.
