Pat Finnegan

Pat Finnegan is an organization development consultant with more than twenty years of experience working with individuals and teams.

Experience

Her clients have included American Express, GuideOne Insurance, International Paper Company, Louisiana Pacific Corporation, Novartis Nutrition, Resolution Funding Corporation, St. Paul Metal Craft, Dougherty Financial Group, Crown Holdings, Minneapolis StarTribune/Cowles Media, Best Buy and others.

Pat is past President of both the American Society for Training and Development/Southern Minnesota Chapter, and Human Resource Professionals of Minnesota. She is a past Vice President of Twin Cities Personnel Association and currently serves on several non-profit boards in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

She is co-author of a critically acclaimed national training program on preventing workplace violence. Pat is a licensed HeartMath® coach, and is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQi) training.
